Our story
Welcome,

Dear Butterflies was born from our own journey through the ups and downs of balancing work, life, and parenting. We realised how challenging it can be to find quality time together, and like many, we experienced phases of deep love and increasing moments of distance. Our lack of connection impacted not only our relationship but also our well-being and our capacity to be the parents we wanted to be. In an effort to fix our relationship, we explored couples therapy, intimacy courses, coaching, and even a tantra retreat.
We learned that connecting with each other on an emotional level is like having a secret power; it makes us feel safer, stronger, and more in flow throughout the day.

Masha’s expertise as a therapeutical coach and mindfulness trainer, combined with our experiences mending our marriage, inspired us to create Dear Butterflies. We packaged our favorite short and effective exercises that have helped us see each other and connect again, and we worked with relationship therapists and experts to make sure they work for you—and everybody else—too.
