We built this
for the couple
we needed to be.
Dear Butterflies was born from our own journey through the ups and downs of balancing work, life, and parenting. We realised how challenging it can be to find quality time together, and — like many — we moved through phases of deep love and growing distance.
Our lack of connection didn't only shape our relationship. It shaped our well-being, our patience, and the parents we were able to be. Trying to find our way back, we explored couples therapy, intimacy courses, coaching, and even a tantra retreat.
"We learned that connecting with each other on an emotional level is like having a secret power. It makes us feel safer, stronger, and more in flow throughout the day."
In our professional lives — Masha as a couples therapist working with Internal Family Systems, somatic practice, and family constellations; Georg as a clarity facilitator who runs structured visual sessions with leaders and couples — we kept meeting couples with the same pattern. Full calendars, full hearts, and a quiet distance neither of them asked for.
So we took what we had learned in our own relationship and combined it with our work. We packaged our favourite short, simple exercises — guided by relationship experts — into a small evening ritual you can actually keep.
This is not a replacement for therapy or a doctor. It is not a product with growth metrics. It's the practice we wish we'd had years ago, offered now to anyone who needs it on a Tuesday.

Our six quiet
principles.
No streaks.
Missing an evening is a human thing, not a moral failure. Progress is a gold thread, not a fire.
No scoring.
We will never rate your relationship. There is no "relationship health" metric. Ever.
No retention tricks.
No drip emails, no re-engagement nudges. We only email you when there's something genuinely worth saying.
No ads, ever.
We take money from couples and that's it. No sponsored practices, no partnerships.
Your data is yours.
We store only what's needed to deliver the practices — your email and which tracks you've played. Exportable and deletable, any time.
Small is the point.
We won't raise to be a unicorn. We'll stay small, keep prices fair, and make practices we'd use ourselves.
