By using Dear Butterflies — the website and web app — you agree to the following. If anything here sits badly with you, please write to us: we'd rather fix the words than hold you to them.
Using Dear Butterflies
You must be an adult (18+) in a committed relationship to use the practices or book a session with us. One account per purchase, for you and your partner. Please don't share your credentials beyond the two of you.
Payment & refunds
The Essential Pack (the audio practices) is a one-time payment of $49 (or local equivalent, processed by Stripe). If the pack doesn't land, write to us within fourteen days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no forms.
The Together ($300/month) and Deeper ($600/month) tiers are arranged directly with us after you submit the Connect form. Billing, rescheduling, and cancellation are handled by email: write to info@dearbutterflies.com. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled at any time with no lock-in.
Practices vs sessions
The audio practices (the Essential Pack) are a guided connection ritual — not clinical therapy or medical advice.
Our monthly sessions (Together and Deeper) are facilitated by Masha, a qualified therapist working with Internal Family Systems, somatic practice, and family constellations, and by Georg as a clarity facilitator. These sessions are therapeutic in nature but are not a substitute for crisis care. If your relationship is in crisis, or either of you is in acute distress, please seek a local professional first — we're happy to suggest resources.
Our content
The audio practices, illustrations, written scripts and product design are ours. You have a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own use — please don't republish, re-record, or resell them.
Closing an account
You can close your account any time by writing to info@dearbutterflies.com. Everything is deleted within seven days.
Changes
If we need to update these terms, we'll email you at least fourteen days before anything takes effect, and we'll keep prior versions on this page for reference.
